Skilled trades face significant workforce shortages. A trained workforce is critical to ensuring infrastructure investments now and in the future are built to last and are well maintained. IAPMO supports, as part of federal infrastructure investment, federal assistance for worker training for building professionals through both secondary and post-secondary education and non-profit organization-led instruction and certifications.
